3.1 You can choose the method of payment by bank transfer via QR Code or by credit, Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard for payment of goods. You must complete the online payment process on the website. Then the system will display the result of your order that your order has been completed. The Company has the right to cancel your order if your payment is not approved by the payment service provider that you choose to use the service.

3.2 In the event that you order products that must be weighed, such as salmon or meat (sold according to actual weight), the Company will estimate the price by using a standard product weight and inform you before confirming the order. When you click to confirm your order, the website will process a payment as follows:

• When you pay with a credit card, the Company will temporarily hold on the funds from your credit card once you click to confirm the purchase, which is called “pre-authorization,” in the amount calculated from the standard product weight. The Company will actually charge from the credit card once the actual weight is confirmed, which may be more or less than the pre-authorized amount  We will inform you and confirm via call center service .
• If you pay by bank transfer via QR Code, the Company will inform you the estimated price using the standard product weight once you click confirm the purchase. After receiving a confirmation of the actual weight, the Company may request for additional payment if the product’s weight is more than the standard or make a refund of the difference if the product’s weight is less than the standard. We will inform you and confirm via call center service.

4. Conditions for receiving products and changing or returning products

4.1 Conditions of product acceptance - You must check the accuracy and condition of the products before signing to receive the product. The delivery of the products is deemed completed once you or your authorized person has signed to receive the products.

4.2 Conditions for exchanging or returning products - You have the right to change or return the product within 7 days from the date you received the product. The said product must be in its original condition on the day the Company delivered the product to you by contacting the Company’s branch responsible for delivering the product to you. The Company will exchange the product or fully refund the paid amount  within 15 days from the date the Company receives the complete form for exchange or return. You thereby consent to the Company to immediately deduct the accumulated points for returned products from your membership account.

The Company reserves the right to refuse an exchange or return of the products if the Company finds that that you use the product improperly, misuse the product or the product is damaged by your own fault.
